Clear Calls from Driver Option
There has been an ongoing glitch that we can't figure out. Although the driver has no calls, they have a call glitched on them saying they do have a call. When viewing the driver, they will have the red circle with the white number showing the call assigned. However, they have none assigned all calls have been finished. We have 3 drivers glitched with 1 call, 2 drivers glitched with 2 calls, and one driver not glitched. The glitched calls throws off the closest driver available. Having a way to clear all calls from drivers so we can fix the glitch would be great.

Do you have this version of dispatch anywhere? The only way I know how to clear ghost calls ( how we refer to them) is logging in this version.
Then in the top right listed are the driver's names scroll through and look for the driver who is having an issue right click on their name. The last option reads Reset Driver Calls (color). Click this option. That should fix the problem. You will need to log out and back in every dispatcher who is logged in on the new version in my experience. Hope this helps anyone who needs it.

I CAN NOT RIGHT CLICK ON THE DRIVERS NAME. IT DOES NOTHING WHEN I TRY TO. MY COMPUTER ASKED ME TO UPDATE TODAY AND NOW I HAVE A GHOST CALL FOR ONE OF MY DRIVERS.

THE GHOST CALLS ARE ANNOYING AND MESS WITH AVAILABLE DRIVERS. STARTED AFTER I UPDATED LAST TIME. HOW DO YOU CLEAR THEM?
