Thanks for the feedback! I'll respond to each point below...

    1. We've done quite a bit of work to add and improve custom field names from DA2 to the new DA beta. I'll add the classic grid and driver app labels as places we need to update as well.
    2. For motor club jobs we keep the original geolocation to properly calculate billing mileage per our customer's request. We are currently considering a setting to allow overriding of geolocations for motor club jobs. Let me know if this is what you want. For non-motor club jobs the geolocation should update when the address updates.
    3. We'll fix Co-Pay and Quoted Price fields
    4. We'll fix quotes issue. If you have a screenshot of an example please send it.

The motor clubs are not your customers.  If they are, then what are the towing companies who use your product?

If the address given by 'your customer' is wrong  then the accurate mileage can only be calculated from the actual locations.

Thanks for your comments Michael! Our paying (TowMagic and Dispatch Anywhere towing and roadside) customers are who requested this, NOT the motor clubs. I appreciate your concern. Know that Beacon Software has always aspired to provide the best towing and roadside software for towing and roadside customers.

If you aren't happy with how motor clubs pay for mileage, you can certainly address that with them.

With that said, we are considering an option to override geolocations provided by motor clubs. This would work well for sending the drivers the correct location, but would adversely effect billing. There is also the option of keeping both a billing geolocation and actual geolocation. However, that approach increases complexity which typically leads to incorrect usage and confused customers. I definitely think we can improve how we handle updated addresses for motor clubs jobs. I look forward to your suggestions.

Thanks for the response. Like Michael, I don't really understand how billing miles based on an old wrong address benefits anybody, then again, maybe it solves a problem that someone else is facing. I guess it will fix this issue if you give us the option to map to the updated address. Hopefully soon, because unlike minor dispatch issues, mapping errors are costly.
