Being locked out

Beta version has an issue. I am sure I posted on this before but can't find it anywhere. If you reach up and close the browser, the system does NOT log you out. If you are a single user like myself, you can't log back in to correct the situation. It always requires a phone call to you to fix. Same thing with the mobile app.

Before you say it, I KNOW I should click the logout button but many people do not bother doing that. Your current version of DA auto logs you out when you close it, why can't the web app?

If the browser is closed, it should log you out

If the app is closed, it should log you out.

If you can't get it to do that, then why not enable logins to accept a second login with a valid user and password and auto log out the first account?  Also, can't you store the login info in a cookie or session value so the browser will maintain your login credentials?

This problem only exists for single users. Users with multiple pages can always log into another account and fix the problem.
