EnRoute Mileage calculating from division address

When taking a call in New DA and selecting EnRoute Mileage as a service, the calculation is using the incident and the destination addresses to calculate.  Instead, it should be using the division address as the start location per the settings in the pricing template.  There is a box that can be checked to allow that conversion, but many users will probably not pay attention to that as they are entering calls.

Also, in the New settings, we don't have the ability to designation the EnRoute Mileage item to use division address to start with. 

I would think that it would be more efficient for our users to allow for that setting in the pricing (to use the division address) and that the calls automatically open the calculator with that set.
