Assigning more than one driver to a call, link calls together or creating subcalls

It would be helpful if we could assign more than one driver to a call.  There are three main situations that this comes up for us.  1. If there is an accident and we have to send more than one driver out on a call 2. If one driver towed something into our lot and then we tow it somewhere else at a later date. 3. Similar to an accident call but if a light duty truck is send out but they actually need the medium truck. For the third example, if the dispatcher does not put in the notes the light duty driver was there we have no way of knowing he was out there first. In addition, there is no way to search for that first driver and it would not come up on our call count since it had to be changed. (We generally do not duplicate the call in these situations because our customers want all the charges on one bill,)  If it is not possible (because of how the program is designed) it would be helpful if we could link calls together or have "sub calls" to one main call . Meaning, if we duplicated a call so we could pay both drivers commission though Beacon we would have an easy way to see the two calls were connected while allowing both drivers to have the same information.  This would also allow us to be able to track both driver's time accurately so we can bill accordingly.  Being able to track the driver's times is especially helpful in accident situations when there are so many drivers coming and going. Having a "sub call" or linking calls would be beneficial for accident situations since we do not duplicate the call because there are times we would have 5 or 6 calls for one bill (such as a clean up from an overturned  tractor trailer accident.)  Adding that many calls would throw off our call count (at least how we currently use and understand it).  In addition, all those 5 or 6 calls would have to be added to one bill so having that many for one call, without them being connected somehow, would increase the chance of missing or not adding one to the main bill.   Sounds like an interesting idea.  We currently hae to do the duplicate call route.

  Did this great idea happen?  If not it should, and while you are at it make it so the dispatchers can designate which services were completed by which driver.  that way the drivers can get paid accordingly.
