Closing calls??

For some reason it won't allow me to close, edit, or input a new call without putting in the Co-pay. I understand we have it highlighted but it won't accept $ 0.00 as a Co=pay. I't will only let us save and close if i input a numerical digit from 1 + . The problem that this causes is that we have a lot of member that are also covered for their services. It needs to accept $ 0.00 as an amount. Thanks for finally making OS compatible!

  it also won't let us close a call if we have 0 for member mileage limit for service calls
