Show Waiting and Assigned Calls ONLY on the Dispatch Screen (Not Holding Calls)

    I personally don't think its to big of a deal. Reason being is that you probably have the company name highlighted that shows everything open at once. As opposed to if you clicked individually on the simi-tabs such as waiting, holding, & assigned it will only show you whats in there. If anything it'd be nice to have a tab for appointments and recently closed calls.

    Showing this to several customers so far has brought comments in favor of both scenarios.  I know of some customers that have calls in holding that are scheduled for days, weeks and even months in the future that won't want to see them cluttering up their active call screen.  It would be nice if we can have modes to choose from giving the user the choice on what they want to see combined in the same screen.

    Gregory, we currently have two ways of quickly getting to recently closed and cancelled jobs...

    1. Right-click on a division in the status list
    2. Click in the search box

    The only problem we're having with the search is that we can run from 80 to 100+ calls in a day. So when our billing department is trying to find a certain day it can't. The search engine only allows you to search through today, yesterday, last week or this week through Advanced Search. We need to be able to search specific days like the regular DA system allows you the second you click on the finish tab.

    Search by date range is important; we'll add it to the beta soon. I don't have the tools here to turn your comment into a new feature request post.     I agree with Bob (don't faint Bob) that this needs to be user defined as to whether the hold calls show up.  I don't want to see holding unless I specifically select that button.  I do really like seeing waiting and assigned at same time.
