Dispatch Anywhere Driver *Error Message*

So we've Tried to Install the app on our drivers phones, get them a log in info, and run the app. We get to the part where the app should be running and BOOM lil orange monster pops up telling us it doesn't work and that we should try back later. 

 

Anyone else facing this?

  Yes, three of my drivers are having this problem. It's a moody app, some days it works fine on other days my drivers want to throw their phone out of the truck.

  Some of our drivers it works fine and some not...I guess it depends on the phone and provider...

  Yes, we're also facing this problem with all our drivers including my dispatch app.
