ICBC North Vancouver
This is starting to get repetitive and the staff are losing confidence in the new beta system.
Paul our Manager is working Dispatch right now. When entering calls into the North Vancouver ICBC he hits save to create the call after inputting all the information. The Call is not saving. He has to hit cancel and loses all the information inputted. Can you look into why this is happening so much on different accounts.
There is no option to hit refresh while he trying to save the calls.
