Submit Notifications

• Start by Logging into TowLien.com
• Select "Submit Law Enforcement Notification" on the top right.  

 

 

Towing Information

• Choose your Tow Type (Police or Private Property)
• Choose your Search Type (Vehicle Plate or VIN)
• Plate:  Enter plate and state will be required, the system will use Beacon Magic VIN service and attempt to find the correct vehicle Matching that plate
• VIN:  Enter the vehicle VIN of vehicle you want to submit
• Press the Search Button

Vehicle, Storage, and Pickup Information

• Verify the Vehicle Information entered is correct and enter the vehicle color
• NOTE:  If you used plate entry, you must verify the vehicle details MATCH the vehicle details of the vehicle towed.  YEAR MAKE MODEL VIN
• Select the Law Enforcement Office to send notifications Check the box next to Notify
• Enter the Pickup Information where the vehicle was removed
• Select the Impound Location from the drop down list where the vehicle is being stored or is to be stored
• Select the Tow Reason from the drop down list
• Press the Submit button
