Beacon Software has the ability to show a Damage Release to the customer in the field. This can be accessed from the DA Driver app. The customer will read over a legal statement and/or Tow Ticket message, agree, and then sign on the drivers phone. After the customer has signed, the tow ticket can be emailed or printed.
Access the settings page at https://settings.dispatchanywhere.net and login with your company administrative credentials.
Start by selecting the Divisions section and choosing the first division. On the Accounting tab there is a section for Invoice Legal Statement and Tow Ticket Message. You can use one or both of these boxes to add your waiver.
Once the driver confirms the call, they will have the ability to show the damage waiver to the customer. They will start by clicking the receipt icon in the middle and then the signature icon to the right. The customer will read over the release, click "I Agree", and then sign on the drivers phone. Once a signature is added, the tow ticket can be emailed to the customer.
