Show Photo URL on Invoice

Beacon Software has the ability to include a photo URL on your invoice.  This feature will give your customer an opportunity to see public photo's and signatures attached to a job.

Setup

Access the settings page at https://settings.dispatchanywhere.net and login with your company administrative credentials.

Start by selecting the Accounts section and choosing the first account.  On the Invoicing tab there is a box to Show Photos URL on Invoice. You will need to change this setting on each individual account.  This will give you more control which accounts will and will not see this link on their invoice.

**NOTE**

Job photos can be marked as "Public" or "Private".  This link will only show public photos from the job.
