Beacon Software offers the option to view, print, and email the TowTicket with or without charges. The drivers have the ability to send a tow ticket directly from DA Driver. The tow ticket can also be accessed from the desktop app. This option is available to support accounts that need a receipt, but don't need to see pricing. An example would be a motorclub call.
Access the settings page at https://settings.dispatchanywhere.net and login with your company administrative credentials.
Start by selecting the Accounts section and choose the first account. On the Pricing tab there is a box to hide pricing. You will need to change this setting on each individual account. This will give you more control which accounts will and will not see pricing when sending the tow ticket.
