Access the settings page at https://settings.dispatchanywhere.net/and login with your company administrative credentials.
TowStatus with Texting
**NOTE** You will need a plan with Mercury Send for this option to work.
Setting up TowStatus for customer status updates is simple. First you must have your Mercury Send credentials added under each division. Access the Division section and click the first division. Under the SMS tab you will enter the correct username and password provided by Mercury Send.
After setting up the login credentials we need to access the Accounts section and turn on status updates for each account separately. This will give you control on which accounts receive status data.
In the Accounts section, choose the correct account. On the General tab there will be a section for Towstatus End Customer Notifications. You can choose to use the contact phone, owner phone or both for text notifications.
TowStatus with Email
This option does NOT require a plan with Mercury Send and is included for free with your monthly subscription.
In the Accounts section choose the correct account. On the General tab there will be a section for Towstatus End Customer Notifications. You will only have the option to turn on Send Notifications to Owner Email.
