Oops Error when Logging into Smart Phone

If you receive an Oops error on your smart phone when logging in.  First be sure you have a data connection on the smart phone. If not, turn on data in the general settings of the smart phone and login.

 If you have a data connection and can view the web, go to Dispatch Anywhere, open Admin/Company Management/Employee Management, double click the employee and select the Company tab.  Change the old Username and Password to a new Username and Password.  Select Save & Close.  Now log into the smart phone with the new username and password.
